Hi, my name is Saidhbhe Cullen and welcome to Saidhbhe’s HR Page. 
I am a highly dedicated and motivated Human Resource Management professional. My practical experience spans a multitude of industry such as the Bio-pharmaceutical sector, IT sector, the Automotive sector and more. Taking a people first approach, my area of expertise focuses on complex employee relations cases, HR business partnering, relationship management, talent management and much more. My mission is to share knowledge on safe, inclusive, and productive work environments for all employees and stakeholders. Looking to break the barrier of HR being intimidating, I take an empathetic and proactive approach during my sessions. I aim to coach all individuals and companies within organisations to encourage positive impact and high-performance outcomes. With employment law experience in Ireland and the UK I bring a unique and holistic approach to all topics HR related. 
With an educational background in Music and Psychology from UCC as well as a masters in Human Resource Management from DCU and a Coaching qualification from UCD. I believe we should aim to keep educating ourselves on latest trends and professional studies in order to keep a pulse on the needs of employees.
